If you've been reading my book you may have reached the chapter that includes physical activity. Or if you've arrived here by chance then welcome!

Working as a personal trainer I enjoyed seeing people progress using the most straight forward exercises. The more basic and easy to learn the better the results. Why? Well when you gain small regular "wins" you create a habit more easily and you are more likely to stick with it when your life's balance is out of whack.

So why not give these stupidly simple plans a go. They can take as little as 5 minutes if you just perform one set for each exercise. Just be sure to go at your pace and consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions.
